We provide affordable quality communication services like email, mobile text and picture services for loved ones incarcerated in federal institutions. We provide means for inmates to educate themselves (at no additional cost) via our internal services which they request on demand.

Our messaging service sends messages directly to your mobile phone and you can reply directly back to your loved one. Our picture services allows for friends and family to send pictures via email to our picture printing department who then print these into physical form and post to the loved one.

Our dedicated multilingual administrative team takes care of your loved ones queries daily to ensure they are able to enjoy our services with ease.

  • How to start

    For both types of payments you will need your loved one / friend's BOPID to pay for their account.

    If your loved one / friend is a new user then you will need to make a ONE-TIME registration payment to activate their account.

    If your loved one / friend is an existing user and requires a simple top-up to their account then you will need to make a ONE-TIME payment.

    For subcription / recurring / automatic monthly payments you can make use of SUBSCRIPTION payments.

    Our payment system runs through Paypals secure online payment system and you may pay using major Credit cards or your own Paypal account.
